Why I am running-
I tell my children that things are not supposed to be this way. People shouldn’t be so divided. 50% of Nevadans shouldn’t be living paycheck to paycheck. Communities need to be stronger and we need fiscal responsibility to grow. The United States needs to be the UNITED States. We need to build this from the bottom up. That’s why I am running.

How do we achieve this?
Public Safety: Public safety is the bedrock of growth; without it, schools, families and businesses will not come. Now more than ever, we need to engage with local law enforcement and see each other as partners. This outreach must be a two-way street, ensuring we all recognize that we are on the same side.
Better Education: Education is our greatest economic engine. Without high-performing schools, we cannot attract families, businesses or provide businesses with a skilled workforce. More importantly, we are not preparing our children for success. Nationally, Nevada’s education ranks far too low. Elected officials are not the solution. We need the boots on the ground experts to guide this effort. Quality education brings families, businesses, healthcare and all the components of a thriving city.
Fiscal Responsibility with Grace: We must be prudent with public spending while always erring on the side of grace. Organizations that receive significant government funding must be held strictly accountable for every dollar spent. We should prioritize redirecting funds away from areas where they are not utilized effectively and toward programs and individuals who truly need support. I emphasize that this transition must be managed with heart, ensuring that no vulnerable person is left behind in our pursuit of efficiency.
Affordable Healthcare: Skyrocketing healthcare costs are squeezing Nevadans, particularly those on fixed incomes. Roughly 40% of seniors’ Social Security benefits are consumed by medical expenses alone. As these costs outpace cost-of-living adjustments, our seniors are losing their safety net. I will champion policies that stabilize costs and ensure healthcare remains accessible, allowing our retirees to live with the dignity they have earned.
Support for Small Businesses: Beyond the Las Vegas Strip, small businesses are the backbone of our community. We must empower entrepreneurs to achieve their dreams, which in turn drives our local economy. By continuing to support the Small Business Administration (SBA), aggressively reducing red tape and making SBA services available for all, we can ensure that Nevada remains the best place to start and grow a business.
